The Jaguar XF 2.2 Liter Diesel Executive Edition is the newest entry in the British luxury car maker’s ‘XF’ line up. The fact that Jaguar cars are more affordable and comfortable has made it to attain more than 20 dealerships across India. But what makes the Jaguar XF 2.2 Liter Diesel Executive Edition more special? Is it its looks? Its features? The Jaguar Symbol on its grille? Or its 2.2 Liter Diesel Engine? Let’s find out.
The engine of the Jaguar XF 2.2 Liter Diesel Executive Edition is really an excellent piece of engineering. It hits 100kmph in 8.5 seconds, which makes it the slowest of the others in its ‘XF’ series, but there are many other things to be proud of. In the first case, if you drive around in the Jaguar XF 2.2 Liter Diesel Executive Edition in the city, you will be driving only at an average speed of 40 to 60kmph. So practically the 100 kmph mark does not hold very well. The 2,179cc engine of the Jaguar XF Executive Edition gives it a maximum power of 140KW at 3,500rpm and a maximum torque of 450Nm at 2,000rpm. It also has an 8 speed automatic transmission that can also be controlled manually using paddles.
There are a lot of other features in the Jaguar XF 2.2 Liter Diesel Executive Edition, which include electric seating adjustment, dual zone automatic climate control, Jaguar 250W Sound System, 17.78 cm (7) color Touchscreen display, default Navigation System, Bluetooth® audio streaming, and Front and rear parking aid. The interior is elegant, and the dashboard is minimal, but entirely functional. The Jaguar XF 2.2 Liter Diesel Executive Edition comes with all these at a price of 45.12 Lakh. What more could you ask for?
