It seems that the HTC One M9, also known as the HTC Hima, has finally come out of the closet. Alleged images of the HTC Hima reveal an overall chassis very similar to the one which the HTC One (M8) sported. The image also reveals that the HTC one M9 might be sporting a different camera unit, diverging and coming apart from its former Ultra pixel branding.

It is speculated that the HTC One M9 will be sporting a 5 inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, unlike the QHD display its competitors are using. This might help in improving the overall battery life. The HTC Hima is also expected to be powered by the top of the line Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SOC which is an octa core processor coupled to an Adreno 430 GPU. It is also expected to be available with nothing less that 3 GB of RAM. But the main star here is the camera, which is purported to be a 20.7 megapixel shooter with 4k video recording capabilities.
It looks promising so far, Although it is very much possible that the actual specifications might differ when the HTC One M9 will actually be unveiled on the 1st of March.
