The Maserati Ghibli S Q4 – One Hell of a Beast!

Whenever I come across a Maserati, the lyrics of Taylor Swift’s Red come to my mind.

Loving him is like driving an old Maserati down a dead end street…”

I don’t know what she meant by that, but in terms of power, I think she meant it was uncontrollable. And that’s what Maserati is all about. One of the latest additions to this brand is the Maserati  Ghibli S Q4. At first look, the car looks beastly, especially because of its headlights and wide front grille. The headlights are also designed functionally and aesthetically to enhance the beastly look.

The interior of the Maserati  Ghibli S Q4 is pure luxury. With leather upholstery, a futuristic dashboard and touch controls, the Maserati  Ghibli S Q4 will certainly be amazing when seated in. Under the hood is a  3 litre Twin Turbo V6 Engine that produces 410 horsepower (301 kW) at 5,500 RPM. In concordance to its looks, the beast delivers a torque of 550 Nm at just 1,750 RPM.

But like Taylor Swift says, too much makes us wonder if the Maserati  Ghibli S Q4 is easily tamable. Maserati says yes, thanks to the Dual Cast Brembo disc brakes, complex suspension systems and an auto adaptive transmission. There is also a semi automatic shifting system in the Maserati  Ghibli S Q4 for owners who really love to drive.

The Maserati  Ghibli S Q4 can reach a top speed of 284 kmph and speeds up to 100kmph in 4.8 seconds; which is not bad for such a huge car. The best feature about this Maserati is that it has 4 doors. This is not what you see easily in such a car with tremendous performance. Needles to say, the Maserati Ghibli S Q4 is certainly one hell of a beast!
