HTC One E9sw Heading Towards China

HTC is purported to launch the HTC One E9sw in China soon. Information about this has appeared in TENAA, which is our beloved Chinese Communication Equipment Centre that loves leaking tech news as much as we do. HTC seems to be on fire with its HTC One line up and is consistently launching multiple devices with the One branding. The HTC One E9sw seems to be a toned down variant of the HTC One E9 Plus.

The HTC One E9sw will be fitted with a 5.5 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 720p. The device will be powered by a 1.5 GHz Octa core processor accompanied by 2 GB of RAM. The camera on the rear will be 13 MP while the camera on the front will be a 4 MP UltraPixel unit. The battery is decent at 2,600 mAh which should be enough to power the 720p display and the rest of its internals throughout the day.

The HTC One E9sw will be launched in seven different colors including gray, gold, white, blue, orange, red and black. It is a very thin device with a thickness of just 7.64 mm and it weighs approximately 164 grams. This is normal for a device with a 5.5 inch screen.

There has been no information about the pricing of the device, nor has there been any information about its availability outside China. We assume that it should be priced less than the HTC One E9 Plus, since the One E9sw is inferior to it in almost every way.
