Google’s Home Page Was Never Perfect
In the initial stages, Google’s homepage had a lot of errors. When users were asked to try it out for testing, they thought that the page actually did not even finish loading. Hence, Google added the copyright message at the bottom to let users know that the page had loaded.
This had later become a trend, and all other websites now have the copyright message at the bottom. Google’s founders did not know HTML when they created it. There was no search button and the user had to hit ‘enter’ to get the results. Most internet users use Google’s homepage to see if the internet is working.
