A new set of Xiaomi Mi5 leaks have emerged. The Chinese mobile giant, also the world’s 4th largest smart phone maker, is hoping to taste more of its success with the Mi 5 which is going to be launched soon.
The Xiaomi Mi5 leaks reveal a design that does not look very much different from its predecessors. It follows the same general Xiaomi pattern, but there is a change in the ‘Home’ button and the speakers.
The Mi 5 makes us drool with its soft edges and the metal finish. As you can see the ‘Home’ button is a bit more elongated than the usual home buttons and is said to be the ‘smallest and fastest’ fingerprint scanner up to date. The speakers are present at the bottom panel with the charging port separating them.
The latest Xiaomi Mi5 leaks confirm that the phone comes with a 5.2-inch display with maybe a FHD (Full HD) or QHD (Quad HD) resolution. The processor is the powerful Snapdragon 820 with a RAM of 3 GB or 4 GB.
The internal storage is also available in two variations, one with 32 GB and the other with a whopping 64 GB. And for the photographers, the Mi 5 comes with a 16-Megapixel rear camera and a 13-Megapixel front camera.
The battery is a giant 3600 mAh with a USB Type-C charging port which is gaining popularity. The Mi 5 also runs on android 6.0 Marshmallow with its own UI the latest MIUI 7 on the top.
The specifications also reveal that there will be two variants. The one with 4 GB of RAM and 64 gigs of storage comes at the cost of $355 and the other variant with the 3 GB of RAM and 32 gigs of storage is priced at $309.
As of now, these are the latest Xiaomi Mi5 leaks on the internet, but there might be more coming on the way.
