Panasonic turntables are all set to make a comeback. The company unveiled two new Technics models at CES 2016; The Grand Class SL-1200GAE and Grand Class SL-1200G. The launch also coincides with the 50th year anniversary of the Technics brand.

What is new in the latest Panasonic turntables? The new model will be available with an updated motor, which makes it quieter and reduces cogging, resulting in an overall better sound output. Another improvement will be high damped tonearm, which is designed to hold both the cartridge and the needle.

The newest series of Panasonic turntables, the SL-1200 Grand Class turntables, will be limited edition and only 1200 will be available to the public. Though there is no official information about the price and release date of the devices, we can expect the Panasonic turntables to be priced at $4, 000 and to be out for sale by the end of this year. With the relaunch of the Panasonic turntables, vinyl decks will be soon in the market.
