Vivo Xplay 5 Is World’s First Smartphone With 6GB RAM

The Vivo Xplay 5, which is said to be the world’s first smartphone with a 6GB RAM, is expected to be launched on the 1st of March. As we get closer to the big day, more and more leaks have surfaced. Today’s leaks feature renders of the Vivo Xplay 5 from multiple angles showcasing the beauty of the handset.

Leaks and renders suggest that Vivo will follow Samsung’s footsteps and fit the Xplay 5 with Dual Edge display. The renders also show that the handset with share a lot of similarities with the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge in styling.

The Vivo Xplay 5 will be the World’s first handset to pack in 6GB of RAM, and that is only further glorified by the 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset. The renders initially surfaced on Weibo, quickly after which they grabbed the attention of the tech world.

While the leaks are pouring on one side, Vivo is doing its fair share of work in the form of teasers, to keep the excitement alive. The recently teased image tells us that the Vivo Xplay 5 will feature Hi-Fi 3.0. Vivo has always made sure its devices appeal to the music lovers and it doesn’t seem to be doing anything different with the Xplay 5.
