Since we are bored, let’s talk about the Huawei Mate 9, which is more like Nessie and Big Foot at this time. On a more serious note, this writeup is just another addition to the ever-growing arsenal of Huawei Mate 9’s rumors. New leaks suggest that the device will finally be unveiled on 8th of November this year. The rumors come from Huawei’s own hometown, which itself doesn’t give enough credibility to believed, though.
The leak suggests that the basic variant of the Huawei Mate 9 will feature 4GB of RAM along with 64GB of onboard storage. It also suggests that there will ideally be 2 phones, one that’s carrier-bound priced at around USD 475 or RMB 3,199 while the other one is all network support Chinese handset priced at around USD 505 or RMB 3,399.
One grade higher is the 128GB variant which will also come with 4GB of RAM that will cost around USD 580 or RMB 3,899. In our opinion, this model provides a good balance between the RAM and internal.storage.
The top end model will be equipped with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. This model will set you back by around USD 700 or RMB 4,699.
The leaks reveal that all the variants will feature a 6 inch Full HD display powered by an in-house Kirin 960 chip-set. The phones will also feature a dual 20-megapixel lens system certified by Leica (wow).
To be honest, we are not fully convinced with this leak, since it’s so incredibly detailed. But the specifications seem nice for the price, especially the 128GB RAM variant.
So, what do you think? Do you think this might be it? Will the Huawei Mate 9 finally see the line light? Let us know what you feel in the comments session below.
